½cupchunky salsa
2cupscubed cooked chicken
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
½cupgreen bell pepperdiced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. coat an 8 x 8" square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Separate biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each individual biscuit into 8 smaller pieces.
In a mixing bowl, toss biscuit pieces with salsa until the dough is thoroughly coated.
Spread biscuit pieces evenly across the baking dish. Evenly spread the chicken, then diced bell pepper, then shredded cheese over top of the dough layer.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until biscuits are a deep golden brown and no longer gooey.
