  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add coriander seeds and cumin seeds to the skillet and toast them for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
  • Add dry roasted peanuts to the skillet and toast for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • In a separate skillet, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add the toasted coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and peanuts to a food processor and pulse until the mixture is coarsely ground.
  • Add the toasted sesame seeds and salt to the food processor and pulse until everything is combined.
  • Transfer the Dukkah to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
