Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add coriander seeds and cumin seeds to the skillet and toast them for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
Add dry roasted peanuts to the skillet and toast for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
In a separate skillet, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the toasted coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and peanuts to a food processor and pulse until the mixture is coarsely ground.
Add the toasted sesame seeds and salt to the food processor and pulse until everything is combined.
Transfer the Dukkah to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
