Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds.
In a small bowl, mix together salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme.
Add the spice mixture to the seeds and mix well, making sure all the seeds are evenly coated.
Spread the spiced seed mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and fragrant.
Remove from oven and let the seed sprinkle cool completely on the baking sheet.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
