  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds.
  • In a small bowl, mix together salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme.
  • Add the spice mixture to the seeds and mix well, making sure all the seeds are evenly coated.
  • Spread the spiced seed mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and fragrant.
