Instructions
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown.
Let the sesame seeds cool and then place them in a food processor.
Add the dried marjoram, salt, ground sumac, and dried thyme to the food processor.
Pulse the ingredients until they are well combined and have a slightly coarse texture.
Store the homemade Za’atar seasoning blend in an airtight container.
