Ingredients
- 1½ pounds ground beef
- 1 Tbsp garlic minced
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ cup bread crumbs Italian
- ½ and ¼ cups ketchup divided
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- In a large mixing bowl using your hands, or in a stand mixer using the paddle attachment, mix all the ingredients until well combined
- Roll meat mixture into balls about half a cup in size and place into 12 individual cups of a muffin baking tray
- Place on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve hot or refrigerate for future enjoyment.
Notes
*use the additional 1/4 cup ketchup if you want to add a layer of it to your meatloaves at the end of baking.
