spaghetti
cooked and drained

cup
soy sauce

rice vinegar

honey
2
tsp
sesame oil
½
tsp
garlic powder
½
tsp
ground ginger

olive oil
2
cups
broccoli florets
1
cup
carrots
shredded
1
red bell pepper
cut into strips
1½
pounds
raw shrimp
tails off, peeled and deveined
1
green onion
sliced

sesame seeds
Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add carrots, peppers, and broccoli and cook until tender, approximately 7 minutes.
Remove vegetables from the pan and pour in the prepared sauce and bring to a simmer.
When the sauce has slightly thickened, add shrimp and cook until pink.
Add vegetables and pasta to skillet and toss with sauce and shrimp, covering evenly.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
