Easy Shrimp & Vegetable Lo Mein

This Vegetable Lo Mein is quick and easy to prepare and made with many common household ingredients. Add some shrimp for some added protein!

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add carrots, peppers, and broccoli and cook until tender, approximately 7 minutes.
  • Remove vegetables from the pan and pour in the prepared sauce and bring to a simmer.
  • When the sauce has slightly thickened, add shrimp and cook until pink.
  • Add vegetables and pasta to skillet and toss with sauce and shrimp, covering evenly.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
