  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • To make the brownies, in a medium bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until combined. Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract until combined. Gradually add in the cocoa powder mixture and stir until combined.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • To make the blondies, in a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract until combined. Gradually add in the flour mixture and stir until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Spread the blondie batter over the brownie batter in the baking pan.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
