Ingredients
- 4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground allspice, and ground cloves. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the carrot cake spice blend to an airtight container, such as a small jar, and store it in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
