Preheat the oven to 375°F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Remove biscuit dough from can and separate into 8 individual biscuits. Cut each individual biscuit into eighths.
In a mixing bowl, toss together dough pieces, frozen meatballs, marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until dough and meatballs are completely coated with sauce and seasonings.
Arrange casserole ingredients evenly in baking dish.
Top with half the mozzarella cheese, and cover baking dish with nonstick aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, and then remove aluminum foil. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese and sauce are hot and bubbling.
