yellow onion
diced

frozen mixed vegetables

cream of chicken soup

frozen tater tots
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F
Coat 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray
Spread the ground beef across the baking dish, covering the entire bottom, tamp down gently.
Spread diced onions over ground beef. Followed by layering with frozen vegetables on top of onions.
Pour can of Cream of Chicken soup on top of vegetables and beef layers. Spread with spoon or spatula to cover entire casserole.
Evenly layer tater tops on top of Cream of Chicken soup.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until ground beef is thoroughly cooked.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
If tater tots are cooking too quickly, reduce the heat to 350°F
