  • ¾ cup cream cheese softened and cubed
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits cut into eighths
  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh or thawed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Coat a 9 x 11 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk.
  • Fold in berries and biscuit pieces into cream cheese mixture. Pour into the casserole dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until biscuit pieces are baked thoroughly. Serve immediately.
