  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Cook pasta according to directions on the package and drain.
  • In a nonstick pot, over medium heat, melt butter, stir in all-purpose flour and whisk until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a simmer. Stir in cheeses and melt, then add pasta and mix until well combined. Remove from heat.
  • Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, and place the bottom half of rolls in a non-nonstick 9 x 13 baking pan.
  • Evenly spread barbecue pork across the bread.
  • Top evenly with macaroni and cheese, and then top half of the slider buns.
  • In a microwave in 30-second bursts, melt butter and honey, then stir in ground mustard. Brush or pour across the tops of slider rolls.
  • Bake in the oven until golden brown, approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
