Cook pasta according to directions on the package and drain.
In a nonstick pot, over medium heat, melt butter, stir in all-purpose flour and whisk until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a simmer. Stir in cheeses and melt, then add pasta and mix until well combined. Remove from heat.
Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, and place the bottom half of rolls in a non-nonstick 9 x 13 baking pan.
Evenly spread barbecue pork across the bread.
Top evenly with macaroni and cheese, and then top half of the slider buns.
In a microwave in 30-second bursts, melt butter and honey, then stir in ground mustard. Brush or pour across the tops of slider rolls.
Bake in the oven until golden brown, approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
