Ingredients
- cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup dried buttermilk
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup ground coffee optional
- ¼ cup powdered milk
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup mini marshmallows
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
- pinch ground cinnamon optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, powdered buttermilk, dried brown sugar, coffee granules (if using), powdered milk, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
- Gently stir in mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
