Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the dried tomatoes on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are dry and slightly brittle.
Remove the tomatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Place the dried tomatoes in a food processor or blender and pulse until they are finely ground.
Add the dried basil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the food processor or blender.
Pulse the mixture until well combined and has a uniform texture.
Transfer the Dried Tomato Seasoning to an airtight container and store it in a cool, dry place.
