  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Over medium heat, in a heavy skillet, sauté meat until fully cooked, set aside when done.
  • Sauté onions and peppers until they are tender.
  • Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half of the rolls in a nonstick 9 x 13 pan.
  • Spread half of the mayonnaise across the insides of both the bottom and top half of the slider rolls.
  • Combine meat, peppers, and onions, and spread evenly across the bottom pieces of the bread in the baking dish.
  • Place a layer of provolone cheese on top of the meat and vegetable mix.
  • Place top halves of slider rolls on top of the cheese.
  • In a microwave in 30-second bursts, melt butter, and stir in onion powder. Brush butter mixture across the tops of slider buns.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes, remove foil and continue baking for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and slider buns start to slightly brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
