25 oz. bags frozen meat ravioli

bacon
cooked and diced

whole milk ricotta cheese

shredded cheddar cheese

lbs
ground beef
cooked

yellow onion
diced

Swiss cheese
shredded

tomato sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce on the bottom.
Layer 1/2 of the ravioli on top of the sauce.
Spread 1/2 of the ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the cooked bacon, 1/2 of the cheddar cheese, and 1/2 of the Swiss cheese over the ricotta cheese.
Spread 1/2 of the ground beef and onion mixture over the cheese.
Layer the remaining ravioli over the beef and onion mixture.
Spread the remaining ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
Sprinkle the remaining bacon, cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese over the ricotta cheese.
Spread the remaining ground beef and onion mixture over the cheese.
Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
