Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 16 oz jar enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups tortilla chips preferrable the small, round, flat chips

Instructions

  • In a large, heavy skillet, over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain off fat after thoroughly cooked.
