Ingredients

ground beef

15 oz can
black beans
drained and rinsed

oz jar
enchilada sauce

cup
shredded cheddar cheese

cups
tortilla chips
preferrable the small, round, flat chips
Instructions
In a large, heavy skillet, over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain off fat after thoroughly cooked.
Add enchilada sauce and black beans.
Bring to a simmer and let cook for 15 minutes.
Stir in tortilla chips and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Serve and enjoy.
