Ingredients

chicken drumsticks

Water

soy sauce

tbsp
Honey

tbsp
light brown sugar
2
tbsp
rice vinegar
3
cloves
Garlic
minced
1
yellow onion
Diced
1 ½
teaspoon
fresh ginger
finely minced or grated
Instructions
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine water, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, onion, and brown sugar. Whisk until well combined.
Pour sauce mixture into Instant Pot. Make sure to get all the brown sugar out of the bottom of the bowl too.
Add the chicken to Instant Pot and coat in sauce.
Cook on high for 12 minutes.
Quick-release steam.
Turn on saute setting and begin simmering and reducing the sauce.
While reducing the sauce, remove chicken pieces and place them on a nonstick foil-lined baking sheet.
Broil chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, use caution to not burn the chicken.
Once the sauce has reduced, plate chicken, cover in sauce and serve.
