Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a heavy skillet, over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned.
Drain grease from cooked meat, and return to pan.
Continue cooking meat, add onion powder, garlic powder, and marinara sauce to the ground beef, and cook for five more minutes.
Separate slider buns, and cut in half to create a top half and bottom half.
Coat a 9 x 11 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray, and arrange the bottom halves of the buns in the casserole dish.
Spread ricotta cheese over the bottom half of the bonds.
Spread ground beef mixture over the ricotta cheese, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Place the top of the slider buns and the mozzarella cheese.
Cover casserole dish with aluminum foil, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until mozzarella cheese is thoroughly melted
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave in 30-second intervals until thoroughly melted, mix in garlic powder until well combined.
Remove aluminum foil from the casserole dish, brush the sliders with melted garlic butter, and bake for five more minutes uncovered.
Serve hot and enjoy.
