Separate dough into 8 individual biscuits. Slice each biscuit into 3 strips. Flatten each dough strip in rectangles, approximately 4x1 inch in size.
Place 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of turkey, and 1 piece of cheese on one half of each dough rectangle. Fold dough over the top of the filling ingredients, however, do not seal the dough shut. Arrange on baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter and maple syrup. Using a small basting brush, coat biscuit tops with syrup mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
