Amish Country Casserole is a simple and delicious egg noodle recipe that will quickly become a favorite for quick and easy meals.

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F
  • Coat a 9 x 11 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray
  • In a large skillet, over medium heat on the stovetop, sauté ground beef, garlic, and onions for approximately seven minutes, or until ground beef is browned. Drain off liquid.
  • Meanwhile, in a separate pot, cook noodles according to directions on the package.
  • Drain noodles and return to pot.
  • Add ground beef mixture to the noodles, along with the remaining ingredients, except for paprika. Stir until mixed well.
  • Pour mixture into the casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
  • Serve hot.
