Ingredients

all purpose flour

granulated sugar

instant yeast

olive oil
extra virgin

water
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl with lid, whisk together flour, yeast, sugar, and salt until evenly blended.
Add olive oil and water and stir with a wooden spoon until dough is completely mixed and all the flour is incorporated into the dough.
Cover with lid (not airtight), and allow to rise for 2 hours.
The dough is now ready for use, or to be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for up to two weeks.
