Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the dried basil, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Pour the balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the seasoning mixture until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container, such as a small jar, and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • To use the seasoning, simply drizzle it over salads, roasted vegetables, or grilled meats. You can also use it as a marinade for chicken or steak to infuse them with the delightful flavors of balsamic vinegar.
