Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine dried sage, brown sugar, dried thyme, dried rosemary, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
  • To make breakfast sausage, mix 1 tablespoon of seasoning with 1 pound of ground pork in a bowl until evenly distributed.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add seasoned ground pork, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
