prepared frozen deep-dish pie crust

heavy whipping cream

Gruyere cheese

fresh chives

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a bowl, vigorously whisk together eggs, milk, whipping, cream nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Stir in chives.
Spread bacon crumbles and shredded cheese evenly across the bottom of the pie crust.
Pour in egg mixture.
Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until eggs are fully cooked. Quiche will deflate a little when removed from the oven, that’s normal.
Serve hot and enjoy!
