Bacon and Blue Cheese Ravioli Lasagna

This recipe creates a delicious lasagna-style dish with bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and cheese ravioli, all topped with béchamel sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 25 oz. bags frozen cheese ravioli
  • 8 oz blue cheese crumbles
  • 4 cups béchamel sauce
  • 1 package bacon cooked & diced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread 1 cup of béchamel sauce.
  • Layer half of the frozen ravioli on top of the béchamel sauce.
  • Sprinkle half of the blue cheese crumbles and half of the bacon over the ravioli.
  • Pour 1 cup of béchamel sauce over the ravioli and spread it evenly.
  • Layer the remaining ravioli over the béchamel sauce.
  • Sprinkle the remaining blue cheese crumbles and bacon over the ravioli.
  • Pour the remaining béchamel sauce over the ravioli and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
