Ingredients

whole heads of garlic

cup
garlic powder

dried parsley

tbsp
dried rosemary

tbsp
dried thyme

tsp
salt

ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Peel and chop 2 whole heads of garlic into small pieces.
Place the garlic pieces on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Roast the garlic in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the garlic is golden brown and fragrant.
Let the roasted garlic cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, dried parsley, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cooled roasted garlic to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Store the seasoning in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
