Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

These buttery Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes are the perfect addition to a hearty meal. Great for the whole family, or a meal prep must-have.

  • In a large pot, fill enough water to cover potatoes by an inch.
  • Bring potatoes to a boil and cook for approximately 15 to 25 minutes or until fork-tender.
  • Remove potatoes and drain water.
  • In the same large pot, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. Do not burn.
  • Return potatoes to pot with melted garlic butter and pour in the milk.
  • Using a potato masher, or electric hand mixer, mash potatoes to desired consistency.
  • Mix in Parmesan cheese along with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately.
