Turkey Bacon Sliders

A mini sandwich loaded with plenty of meat and cheese! These Turkey Bacon Sliders are perfect for game day parties, and game night snacks!

Ingredients

  • 1 16.3 oz can Pillsbury Grands Southern Homestyle refrigerated biscuits 8 biscuits
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese cut in 1 oz. slices
  • 8 oz. sliced deli turkey meat
  • 8 slices cooked bacon quartered
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
  • Cut biscuits in half crosswise. Flatten each piece to 5x2.5-inch rectangles.
  • On top of half the dough rectangle, layer half of the Swiss cheese, all of the turkey, 2 small pieces of bacon, and finally the remaining Swiss cheese. 
  • Fold dough over the slider filling, however, do not seal the dough together. Arrange uncooked sliders in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until biscuits are cooked to a golden brown.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter and garlic powder. Using a basting brush, coat the tops of slider buns.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
