Ingredients

unsalted butter
at room temperature

dried parsley

dried basil

dried thyme

tbsp
dried rosemary

tbsp
garlic powder

tbsp
dried lemon peel

salt
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Use a fork to blend everything together until smooth.
Spread the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper.
Roll up the parchment paper tightly, shaping the mixture into a log shape.
Twist the ends of the parchment paper to seal the log.
Refrigerate the log for at least 1 hour or until firm.
Once the log is firm, remove it from the fridge and slice into rounds.
Use the seasoning on top of grilled or roasted meats, vegetables, or as a spread on bread.
