Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup dried buttermilk
- ¼ cup powdered peanut butter
- ¼ cup freeze-dried banana chips optional
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup mini marshmallows
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, powdered buttermilk, powdered peanut butter, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gently stir in freeze-dried banana chips (if using) and mini chocolate chips.
- Fold in mini marshmallows carefully to preserve their fluffiness.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
