Ingredients

Instructions
In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, walnuts, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped.
With the food processor running, slowly pour in the olive oil and continue to process until the mixture forms a smooth paste.
Transfer the mixture to a small mixing bowl and stir in the salt and black pepper. Ensure that the seasonings are evenly distributed.
Spread the pesto mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place it in a 200°F oven for 20-30 minutes, or until completely dry.
Remove the dried pesto from the oven and crumble it into a fine powder using your fingers or a mortar and pestle.
Transfer the pesto seasoning to an airtight container, such as a small jar, and store it in a cool, dry place until you're ready to use it.
