Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, ground turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, cayenne pepper, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight container, such as a small jar, and store it in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
  • To use the chicken tandoori seasoning, mix 2-3 tablespoons of the seasoning with yogurt to create a marinade. The yogurt adds a tangy richness that tenderizes the chicken and enhances the flavors.
