Get in the spooky spirit this year with some chic Halloween decor. Skeletons, bats, gosts and goblins galore!
AWESOME HALLOWEEN DECOR FOR THIS FALL
Hey look, I get it. Halloween is often thought of as a kids-only holiday. And for many aspects of Halloween, the critics may be right. For instance, I think it best for adults to refrain from eating donuts off a string, bobbing for apples, or toilet-papering their own mailbox. But that doesn’t mean that we have to let the kids have ALL the fun.
Grown-ups can get in the Halloween spirit too, and it can go beyond having their children snag some extra peanut butter cups for mom or dad out of the candy bowls. The same goes for Halloween decor. You can add some whimsy and spookiness to your home without inflating a bunch of odd creatures in your yard.
Have a little fun and dress up the joint with these Halloween decorations.
This pillow from Pier 1 is spooky and stylish. And depending on the room, like a man cave, I would probably leave this out year-round.
Sugar skulls are versatile. For every theme or occasion, there seems to be a sugar skull designed for it. These battery-operated luminaries are cool, and won’t burn down your yard if dry leaves fall into them. A selling point for some!
If ouija boards are used for channeling spirits, then this ouija blanket can channel you some snoozes.
I am a big fan of scented candles. They are soothing, comforting, and relaxing. This autumn-scented candle will burn for a little over 100 hours, which will see you through until it is time to break out the pine scents for winter.
Start wreath season off right with a pre-lit Halloween wreath. Instead of foliage, this one has black bats. Perfect for adding some flair to the front door…or for attracting Ozzy Osbourne.
Unless your Halloween costume is “Sloppy Guy with Bacon Grease On His Belly Tee”, grab yourself this apron to keep your garb spot-free.
Rest your bones at the end of the day with some style. These pillowcases with skeletons are pretty chic, and those skeletons look quite untrustworthy. Just like a Halloween skeleton should look!
Feel like doing some DIY decor for Halloween? These purple and orange string lights are great. Use them in the yard, windows, or wherever you want to add a ghostly glow.
Drop a couple battery operated candles, or tea lights into these two little ghosts for some Halloween accent lighting.
10. Halloween Big Mouth Candy Bowl
Put the Halloween candy on full display with these fun, wide-mouthed candy bowls. This set of three ghastly ghouls is perfect for taking the food literally out of something’s mouth.
Want to set up a Halloween tablescape? Dress up your table with these little imitation pumpkins! They remind me of something Tim Burton would use for decorating his home, just less…weird.
This Apples and Maple Bourbon Candle will create a cozy ambiance. Perfect for stealing candy out of your kid’s trick-or-treat bucket.
Dress up your front porch, balcony, or even tabletop with this black, pre-lit imitation topiary. Loaded with 100 orange LED lights, you can display this tree indoors or outdoors.
Poo Pourri Pumpkin Spice Toilet Spray…because it beats the alternative.
